    Together we’d create a joint venture. We provide sweat equity, doing all the work to: Create the investment strategy Find the appropriate property Analyze the viability of the returns Work with realtors, lawyers, property managers and bookkeepers to manage the property Sell the property for the best possible price, when we decide we’d like to sell it Marketing and tenant relations …and ultimately make sure each investment gets you the highest returns. All you do is provide the investment. You must be able to qualify for a mortgage and provide the down payment. That’s it. Once the property sells you get your full down payment back PLUS a % of cash flow and % equity based on negotiating terms.
