Together we’d create a joint venture.

We provide sweat equity, doing all the work to:

 • Analyze the viability of the returns
 • Work with realtors, lawyers, property managers and bookkeepers to manage the property
 • Sell the property for the best possible price, when we decide we’d like to sell it
 • Marketing and tenant relations

…and ultimately make sure each investment gets you the highest returns.

All you do is provide the investment.  You must be able to qualify for a mortgage and provide the down payment.

That’s it.

Once the property sells you get your full down payment back PLUS a % of cash flow and % equity based on negotiating terms.
